Tai Chi for Arthritis is a soft slow therapeutic form of Tai Chi developed by Doctor Paul Lamb in 1996 and adopted by the National Arthritis Foundation as it's primary therapeutic exercise for people with arthritis.

 

Our instructor, Jessie Stout, is a certified instructor of the Tai Chi for Arthritis program as taught by Dr. Lamb's senior student Shelia Rae.
