Accumulate 36 hours of formal training in Taijiquan under the instruction of an advanced Taijiquan practitioner

Accumulate 100 hours of formal training in Taijiquan under the instruction of an advanced Taijiquan practitioner
Perform the 24-form Beijing Taijiquan from memory
Explain the contribution of the Yang Lu Chan and the Yang Family as it applies to the development of Beijing Taijiquan
Demonstrate basic knowledge of Yang style push hands (Peng, Lu, Ji, and An)
Explain concepts of Qi, Jing, Wuwei, Wuji
Green Sash (Practitioner Level 2)
Select and
demonstrate one of the following wushu disciplines
Yellow Sash (Advanced Practitioner Level 3)
Demonstrate the simplified 32-form Tai Chi Sword sequence from memory
Explain the history and development of the 32-form Tai Chi sword style
Demonstrate your skill against an partner in three rounds of Yang Style fixed step push hands
Demonstrate Liangong Shi Ba Fa postures from set-one
Orange Sash (Sifu - Assistant Instructor Level 4)
Red Sash (Sifu - Advanced Instructor)
Faithful practiced taijiquan for at least three years (Virtue)
Achieved a certain level of success in work, research or writing in martial arts theory (Kung Fu)
Instructed 20-hours of basic and advanced taiji quan, shan, jian, staff (Share)
Demonstrate Liangong Shi Ba Fa postures set one, two, and three (Spirit)
Black Sash (Sifu - Master Instructor)
Faithful practiced taijiquan for at least five years
