Have you ever watched the seemingly impossible physical feats of Chinese acrobats, gymnasts, or Kung Fu masters?  Did you wonder how they could move their bodies so gracefully with speed and power without spraining a muscle, tearing a knee ligament, or breaking a bone?  The answer is Qigong.  Practiced in China  to make the body supple, firm, and pliable. Qigong uses specialized movements, breathing, and visualizations to increase physical and mental vibrancy.  The practice of Qigong can restores and maintain a youthful flexibility, strength, and appearance.  Unlike western exercises that develop muscle mass, Qigong  refines and  leans out the body making it faster and resilient.  Vibrancy, the ability to come-back from illness or ward of disease is a key element of Qigong.
