Qigong Techniques for Distress
Stress is a natural part of living.  Stress is not a bad thing.  But distress is a runaway condition of stress that is harmful to mind, body, and spirit.

This two-hour seminar can help people learn to ward off distress with simple but powerful Qigong techniques.

Qigong is the foundation of Chinese wellness arts like T'ai Chi and meditation.  At the core of Qigong is relaxed self awareness and mindful meditation that invokes calm.
